This program funds the maintenance, repair, and decommissioning of over 16,000 Forest Service owned administrative facilities, and 3,300 water systems that directly support the workforce and public safety. Additionally, it covers the costs of over 550 long- term Forest Service and General Services Administration (GSA) leases, partner lease agreements, Tenant Improvement (TI) expenses, USDA "Greenbook" security, and security provided by the Federal Protection Services.
