For necessary expenses to carry out the provisions of section 3107 of the Farm Security and Rural Provided, That the Commodity Credit Corporation is authorized to provide the services, facilities, and authorities for the purpose of implementing such section, subject to reimbursement from amounts provided herein: Provided further, that of the amount made available under this heading, not more than 10 percent, but not less than $24,000,000, shall remain available until expended to purchase agricultural commodities as described in subsection 3107(a)(2) of the Farm Security and This change (line 1 to 9 of paragraph 1) removes language for McGovern-Dole Food for Education by the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies this account to be used for these activities.
