This adjustment will transfer funding for research and development high performance computing initiatives and associated research activities from OAR to NWS, ensuring that the highest priority mission activities for NOAA can continue. From Office Subactivity To Office Subactivity Amount NOAA requests a transfer of $45,000,000 and 4 FTE/4 positions from the OAR Research Supercomputing (PAC) Subactivity to the NWS Research Supercomputing (PAC) Subactivity.
