What this funds

SCMMR funding supports construction, sustainment, restoration, maintenance (preventative and corrective), modernization, alteration, and repairs of new and existing facilities and campus wide/building utility equipment systems upgrades, grounds, and site projects across NIST campuses to the extent of funding that is available, and individual award values generally do not exceed $40 million.
