## What this funds

The NINDS IRP conducts research and research training on the NIH campus. The IRP spans basic, translational, and clinical research in neuroscience, neurology, and neurosurgery and hosts core facilities providing state-of-the-art research technologies. The program also benefits from the NIH Clinical Center and partners with local hospitals and extramural scientists.
