In addition, the Budget realigns Health Statistics to the HHS Office of the Secretary Office of Strategy (OS). The FY 2027 Budget is displayed comparably. 3 The FY 2027 Budget eliminates the Prevention and Public Health Fund (PPHF). 4 FY 2025 and FY 2026 Levels are comparably adjusted to reflect the proposed realignment of the following lines into Emerging Infectious Diseases: Surveillance for Emerging Threats to Mothers and Babies and Parasitic Diseases and Malaria.
