Air and Marine Operations Center Full-Year CR Annualized CR President's Budget Total Changes Explanation of Non Pay Cost Drivers Air and Marine Operations Center Surveillance System (AMOSS): This non-pay cost driver supports contract costs associated with the maintenance and development of the AMOSS, which provides a real-time picture of air and maritime activity in North America and the Caribbean by processing and fusing a collection of external data imposed over a scalable display. This employs the full range of CBP capabilities to manage the air and maritime awareness for DHS and other Federal partners. It also includes funds for maintenance of integrated sensors, data processing, and telecommunications systems essential to sustain and manage the AMOSS system. CBP anticipates no change in FY 2027. Air and Marine Operations Center: This non-pay cost driver supports preventive and corrective maintenance costs for major equipment and infrastructure at the AMOC - a multi-domain awareness center located in Riverside, California (with auxiliary locations in Levittown, Puerto Rico and school tuition for dependents, ensuring AMOC's overall effectiveness and readiness.
