Transfer 1 - Transfer CWMD/O&S & FA to CISA/O&S/Infrastructure Security Division: This transfer realigns $142.9M in Federal Assistance funding to support frontline operations of DHS SLTT partners with operational programs such as STC, BioWatch, Chemical Support, MDDP, and Training, Exercise, and Readiness. The FY 2027 President's Budget transfers all funds and PPAs previously within CWMD to a distinct office within CISA's Infrastructure Security Division, except for the large-scare and portable detection systems, which are transferred to component end users.
