Executive Leadership and Oversight - PPA Level II Non-LEOs: Mission Support Non-LEOs provide operational support, including financial, human resources, and communications management, to Detention and Deportation Officers (DDOs): Mission Support DDOs are responsible for conducting the training of law enforcement personnel throughout ICE. DDOs provide ICE executive management with an independent and objective review of the performance of ICE offices and programs by assessing their compliance with Federal law, applicable policies and procedures, and the agency's own detention standards. Criminal Investigators: Criminal Investigators (CI's) investigate criminal and administrative misconduct within ICE. Investigators have oversight of key ICE programs-the Giglio/Henthorn program, the Management Inquiry program, and the Critical Incident program-for the agency. IT Specialists: IT Specialists manage and maintain ICE's core IT infrastructure and software, by detecting and defending against cyber threats for Mission Support - PPA Executive Leadership and Oversight - PPA II Explanation of Non Pay Cost Drivers Training and Equipment: The Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs (OFTP) provides specialized firearms and tactical training, as well as all equipment, support, and guidance necessary to promote both officer and public safety while enabling effective execution of the ICE law enforcement Agency Management: These offices advocate for and engage stakeholders to promote intergovernmental and public partnerships; Congressional collaboration; development of broad agency regulations, policy, and immigration enforcement/detention standards; and both contribute to and implement agency goals and requirements, including application of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, as well as other ap
