Other Acquisition Programs - PPA Cyber and Enterprise Mission Platform IT Infrastructure and Application Modernization FY 2023 Q1 FY 2025 Q1 FY 2024 Q1 FY 2029 Q4 This investment provides maintenance and upgrades of legacy, obsolete, or unsupportable USCG cutter C5I systems to ensure the continued operational capability of existing afloat assets. The FY 2027 Budget funds institutionalized, recurring funding for complex or resource intensive recapitalization events for obsolete or The majority of critical C5I systems onboard complex, modern cutters face obsolescence in the coming years, significantly reducing the capability of these national assets. Recapitalization of these complex, integrated systems ensures continued joint mission interoperability with Department of War and Intelligence Community partners amidst an increasing global threat environment. Items that require recapitalization include Sea Commander, ' Began detail design engineering and procurement for LLTM for NSCs. ' Procured Sea Commander virtualized systems for NSCs to replace current obsolescent/unsupportable systems.
