Other Acquisition Programs - PPA Cyber and Enterprise Mission Platform IT Infrastructure and Application Modernization FY 2023 Q1 FY 2025 Q1 FY 2024 Q1 FY 2029 Q4 This investment provides maintenance and upgrades of legacy, obsolete, or unsupportable USCG cutter C5I systems to ensure the continued operational capability of existing afloat assets. The FY 2027 Budget funds institutionalized, recurring funding for complex or resource intensive recapitalization events for obsolete or The majority of critical C5I systems onboard complex, modern cutters face obsolescence in the coming years, significantly reducing the capability of these national assets. Recapitalization of these complex, integrated systems ensures continued joint mission interoperability with Department of War and Intelligence Community partners amidst an increasing global threat environment. Items that require recapitalization include Sea Commander, ' Began detail design engineering and procurement for LLTM for NSCs. ' Procured Sea Commander virtualized systems for NSCs to replace current obsolescent/unsupportable systems. ' Procured GPS-based Positioning, Navigation, and Timing Service (GPNTS) systems to replace an obsolescent NAVSSI planned for future NSC ' Initiated development, lab integration, configuration management, and cybersecurity assessments of new Sea Commander and GPNTS systems ' Continued engineering and integration of Navy Tactical Data Link (TDL) Link-16 Line of Sight (LoS) development for NSC class-wide ' Surveyed and assessed C5I maintenance and upgrades to inform ongoing planning efforts for existing afloat operational assets. ' Continue detail design engineering and procurement efforts for LLTM for NSCs. ' Continue to procure/install Sea Commander virtualized systems for NSCs to replace current obsolescent/unsupportable systems. ' Continue to procure/install GPNTS systems to replace an obsolescent NAVSSI system planned for future NSC installation. ' Continue development, lab integration, configuration management, and cybersecurity assessments of new Sea Commander and GPNTS systems ' Continue engineering and integration of Navy TDL Link-16 LoS development for NSC class-wide installations.
