The FY2027 President's Budget requests $26.4M for Federal Flight Deck Officer and Crew Training, within Homeland Security's Operations and Support account. That is up 2.1% on the FY2026 figure of $25.8M, which is a continuing-resolution annualized figure, not an enacted appropriation.
FY2025–FY2027
| Fiscal year | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| FY2025 | enacted | $25.8M |
| FY2026 | CR annualized | $25.8M |
| FY2027 | request | $26.4M |
The prior-year column is a CR annualized figure — the rate a continuing resolution funds at, not an enacted appropriation. The two are different numbers and are not interchangeable. Bases are separate columns and are never summed into one figure.
