The FY 2027 Budget includes an increase of $42.0M for the implementation of the Agency's modernized financial system. Justification The deployment of new financial system capabilities and the transition of two system solutions to sustainment operations are planned for FY 2027. The implementation of the new financial system includes integration with asset management, procurement, and grants management. The sustainment operations include Robotics Process Automation (RPA); Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud native software; and the next generation travel system (ETSNext).
