The portal enables employers to upload I-9 and supporting documentation to a centralized location for HSI agents to review. The I-9 portal is secure and publicly accessible and able to host many documents of varying file types. The I-9 portal has an internal functionality to notify agents when documentation is uploaded and provides a return status back to agents and the employers as document review moves through the workflow process.
