## What this funds

The HART system is a unified biometric platform that strengthens National security and public safety for DHS and its partners. HART supports multiple biometric modalities, is scalable for future needs, and ensures efficient, accurate identity verification across DHS missions. Funding will cover the development, deployment, and integration of advanced identity services, biometric tools, and enhanced analytics to meet the evolving needs of front-line personnel and decision-makers.
