Office of Field Operations - PPA II International Operations - PPA III Explanation of Non Pay Cost Drivers International Operations: This cost driver includes the funding for OFO International Operations and Advisory Directorate. This includes CSI, supplies, and equipment. These programs also involve support for long-term TDY assignments and daily operational needs, including connectivity and administrative support services for international activities.
