## What this funds

Field Leadership Directorate: Leads, recruits, trains and manages FEMA's field leadership cadre to ensure readiness for rapid deployment in response to and recovery from any Federal incidents. FLD includes the national and regional Incident Management Assistance Teams (IMATs) which manage the initial field-level federal response to an incident in support of the Federal Coordinating Officer (FCO), or the Regional Administrator, with the primary focus of incident stabilization. Management and Program Analysis Series - 0343: This series includes roles that support leadership in reviewing and enhancing government programs and operations.
