Technical Countermeasure Contracts: FPS deploys countermeasures as a part of its customized protective security services. FPS is responsible for installing and maintaining appropriate technical countermeasures to mitigate threats to Federal facilities by enhancing the protective security posture across the facility portfolio. The TCM program includes project oversight of the design, implementation, and equipment of Magnetometers, Intrusion Detection Systems, X-ray machines, Video Surveillance Systems, and Physical Access Control Systems. FPS will continue to provide ongoing support to TCM modernization efforts by considering facility security levels and operability of existing systems. Changes in requirements and market
