The application will provide on-demand translation services, improving efficiency and pace of case processing compared to the current limited dial-in telephonic service, and will be available to other ICE directorates and Federal stakeholders involved in immigration enforcement. This initiative addresses the need for translation assistance across various international languages, particularly those frequently encountered by ERO officers, enhancing ICE's responsiveness and efficiency in case Program Change 6 - FY 2026 Automated Screening and Vetting: Automated Screening and Vetting (AS&V) operational activities include the initial, recurrent, and continuous screening of non-U.S. persons for immigration, travel, and transportation security purposes. AS&V operations increase the effectiveness of the ICE vetting process and produce results in additional potential matches which must be adjudicated by a human operator. This program change will provide additional workforce to support DHS's screening and vetting activities to improve the speed and accuracy of adjudication decisions. It will modernize the Data Analysis System with the capability to meet DHS's current demand. The change will also advance initial and recurrent classified vetting of undocumented aliens.
