## What this funds

The Secretary of the Interior may accept donations of funds or other property and may use the donated property in accordance with the terms of the donation in furtherance of any programs authorized by other provision of law for the benefit of Indians (25 U.S.C. 451). This exhibit fulfills the statutory reporting requirements for B/Os directed in Section 403 of the Commerce, Justice, Science; Energy and Water Development; and Interior and Environment SEC. 403. The amount and basis of estimated overhead charges, deductions, reserves, or holdbacks, including working capital fund charges, from programs, projects, activities and subactivities to support government-wide, departmental, agency, or bureau administrative justifications and subject to approval by the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate. Changes to such estimates shall be presented to the Committees
