What this funds

The Employment and Training Administration's Office of Apprenticeship (OA) is responsible for implementing the National Apprenticeship Act (50 Stat. 664; 29 U.S.C. 50). In support of the National Apprenticeship Act, OA utilizes the Training and Employment Services (TES) budget to invest in the expansion and modernization of the National Apprenticeship system.
