For carrying out, to the extent not otherwise provided, the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 become available on October 1, 2027, and shall remain available through September 30, 2028: Provided, That up to $10,152,000 shall be available for innovation and modernization grants under section 114(e) of the Perkins Act.
