What this funds

Regular Appropriations, Collections, and DoW Transfers The following table captures advance and annual appropriations without any supplemental appropriations. It reflects rescissions, 2025 transfers to VHA and transfers from the Department of War (DoW), War Health Program, account 097-0130. The transfers from Medical Care to the DoW-VA Health Care Sharing Incentive Fund and Joint DoW-VA Medical Facility Demonstration Fund are not included in these tables. The only collections included are from the Medical Care Collections Fund (MCCF). Lastly, the Recurring Expense Transformational Funds balance is included, but technically is not an appropriation and is not scored as budget authority. It is, however, a significant budgetary resource authorized by Congress in FY 2016 in P.L. 114- /1 Discretionary Funding includes non-emergency discretionary appropriations provided in annual Appropriations Acts and in the /2 This line displays the estimated resources available in the Transformational Fund (TF) at the start of a FY. The combined funds, as shown below, represent the total appropriated funds to support VA Grants for Construction of Veterans Cemeteries 692 350 861 511 -60.0%
