## Summary

This activity requests $89.1M in FY2027, 100% of project 1267, up 270% on FY2026. The R-2A exhibit describes it across FY2026–FY2027, including what the FY2027 money is planned to buy.

## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** -TI-1: Conduct Quick Reaction Assessment (QRA) test event and close out MTA -TI-1: Deliver TI-1 units -Continue Modeling and Simulation development -TI-2: Begin procurement of TI-2 Proof of Design units -TI-2: Begin TI-2 early DVT and Qualification testing -TI-2: Award competitive afterbody contract -TI-2: Continue APB-2 (ATT) software development and testing -Revolver: Continue development of launcher system with manufacturing of proof of design units and the start of functional and design verification testing

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** The prior FY 2026 request for the CRAW Program includes $24,056 thousand of discretionary and $55,000 thousand of mandatory (reconciliation) for a total FY 2026 budget of $79,056 thousand. From FY 2026 to FY 2027 the total RDTE budget increased by $10.007M ($79.056M to $89.063M). This increase is primarily driven by the award of the competitive TI-2 afterbody contract. The FY 2027 budget also supports the completion of the CRAW TI-1 program with execution of a Quick Reaction Assessment (QRA) test event, delivery of TI-1 Warshot units, delivery of initial TI-2 prototypes, continued development of APB-2 software, TI-2 early DVT and qualification testing and initial procurements of proof of design prototypes.
