Increase from FY 2026 to FY 2027 reflects initiation of Ground Sensor (GS) Inc 3 and Over The Horizon Radar engineering, integration, and technical development required to develop Over The Horizon Radar capabilities along with development of the long-dwell, small Unmanned Maritime Vessel, combining maritime radar with beyond line-of-sight comms.
