**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** Increase of $53.624 million from FY2026 to FY2027 reflects increased development and test hardware for Infrared Defensive System (IRDS) and Geyser+. Purchasing tier III lab assets to support Ogden Test Evaluation Labs, Avionics Integration Lab, Flying Test Bed, and additional test equipment required for airworthiness certification of the new Open Computer Environment (OCE) cards.
