## What project 675307 buys

Provides support to personnel utilizing Target Development, Planning, and Execution applications; Unit Level Intelligence; Tactical Intelligence Applications; shorten the kill chain through automation and direct support to national, combatant command, and Air Force intelligence missions. Funds enhanced dynamic F2T2EA sensor-to-shooter intel and advanced training on cloud-based apps to shorten LRKC with automated and AI-enabled Sensing Grid/targeting tools and applications. Analyzes, visualizes, and shares National, Tactical, and open source Intel to close the capability gap against adversary's truncated kill chains. JTIM provides funding for the development of Joint Targeting Toolbox-Capabilities Package (JTT-CP) and WARPATH tools. JTT is the current capability providing the joint targeting community Intermediate Target Development (ITD), Advanced Target Development (ATD), Target List Management (TLM), and Target Folder Development capabilities. It also supports premise installation on coalition networks and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The JTT program provides the current (legacy) functions until the integrated JTIM capabilities are fielded. Target List Management and Enterprise Workflow were shifted from the JTT program to WARPATH to keep pace with the JTIM Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Funding for WARPATH comes from the original JTT budget, which is managed at ACC. Full funding will allow both programs to field capabilities in FY25, then in FY26 they will merge into one enterprise program providing capabilities to the Joint Targeting Community. Conducts limited early R&D for tools and workflow, initial cloud and data structure architecture, initial implementation of Sensor-to-shooter concept to accelerate kill chain for at scale dynamic execution, TTP development for targeting in an agile combat environment in the "lead wing concept", and enhanced target mensuration development to improve speed and capacity for target location. Funds dynamic F2T2EA S2S intelligence and advanced training on cloud-based application to shorten LRKC with automated/AI-enabled sensing-grid and targeting/applications. Analyzes, visualizes, and shares national, tactical, and open source intelligence to close the capability gap against adversary's truncated kill-chains.

### Kessel Run Targeting Research, Modernization, and SoftWare Pathways

**FY2027 planned work.** Continue the phased modernization of JTT-CP capabilities within the Targeting & Geo-spatial (T&G) portfolio, expand developmental test automation, and migration to Continuous Integration/DevOps environment to support continuous delivery to the warfighter on all information networks.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** FY 2027 increase due to inflation.

### ACC Joint Targeting Intelligence Modernization/Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT)

**FY2027 planned work.** Continued integration and development of JTTv6. In FY27 WARPATH development till move to the US Navy for continued development dedicated to Target List Management and Target Element Workflow capabilities.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** FY 2027 funding increase due to inflation.

**FY2026 plans — current year.** Continued development and integration of JTTv5 (JTT-CP) and v6 capabilities into WARPATH Target List Management capability. USAF requested and Congress reprogrammed erroneous FY26 funds (7.693M) from AF JWICS/AF SCI Enterprise (PE:0305249F) back to CAIS (PE:0207431F). Additionally, USAF has reprogrammed these funds back into CAIS in the out-years FY27+in order to maintain continued unit-level and targeting enterprise development.
