## Summary

This activity requests $87.5M in FY2027, 100% of project CY85R1, up 328% on FY2026. The R-2A exhibit describes it across FY2025–FY2027, including what the FY2027 money is planned to buy.

## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** • Continue modernization and refresh of CNMF unclassified infrastructure supporting Hunt Operations, including replacement of servers and related equipment. • Maintain focus on integrating existing capabilities and tools into the JCWA to improve overall platform effectiveness and interoperability with Joint capabilities

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** The $67.1 million increase from FY 2026 to FY 2027 supports the Cyberspace Rapid Response Platform. This funding procures the infrastructure required for Hunt Forward and other defensive cyber teams to operate in ally and partner nation networks. The investment provides low‑equity—disposable and non‑attributable—platforms essential for minimizing operational risk and protecting U.S. tools, tradecraft, and partnerships during defensive cyberspace operations.

## Before the request year

**FY2026 plans — current year.** • Complete the refresh of CNMF DCO infrastructure supporting Hunt Forward Operations, replacing aging servers and related equipment. • Continue limited support to U.S. Indo‑Pacific Command’s Pacific Deterrence Initiative, with a focus on integrating capabilities and tools into the Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture to enhance interoperability with Joint capabilities. • Shift CENTURION priorities from development and fielding toward integration and operationalization of current capabilities with partner platforms, the JCWA, and other hard target initiatives. • Conduct robust testing, evaluation, and exercise activities to increase readiness and expand the number of available capabilities for Combatant Commands. • Continue development and fielding of additional non kinetic capabilities and applications aligned with mission needs and emerging opportunities. • Support collaboration with mission partners through Technical Exchange Meetings, joint demonstrations, and sharing of applications and documentation.

**FY2025 accomplishments.** FY 2025 funding for Robust Infrastructure supports increasing maturity in acquiring, deploying, and improving technical infrastructure, expert contract services, and low-equity cyber tooling to meet the specific rapid access generation and tradecraft innovation/transfer needs of CNMF's JTF ZERO. FY 2025 funding for CENTURION allows the effort to execute the development pipeline of capabilities, further identifying appropriate mechanisms to support USCYBERCOM and DoD goals and mission imperatives. CENTURION delivers additional non-kinetic capabilities/ applications in accordance with identified opportunities and mission goals and expand applicability of strategy and tools to support additional AORs as needed and directed. Other key efforts include developing a roadmap to integrate RF enabled capabilities on partner platforms that enable full-spectrum cyber operations with initial demonstrated capability by the fourth quarter of FY 2025.
