## Summary

This activity requests $71.9M in FY2027, 100% of project 674543, up 133% on FY2026. The R-2A exhibit describes it across FY2026–FY2027, including what the FY2027 money is planned to buy.

## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** - Will continue to develop and field capabilities to enable Cyber Enabled Air Superiority (CEAS), specifically continuing development and fielding of technologies focused on increased aircraft survivability and munitions effectiveness. - Will continue to develop and integrate Network Attack System (NAS) capabilities, develop the LOCUTUS mission planning capability, and Dark Nebula (DANE) capabilities. - Will continue to develop and field Air Force-unique connectivity and associated infrastructure products and services in support of Off Network and Telephony Network mission and capability requirements.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** A budget increase of $40.975M (from $30.893M to $71.868M) supports increased efforts under the DCWO portfolio resulting from successful Science & Technology developments and support of an USAF Urgent Operational Need. These successful S&T activities address critical warfighting gaps, are ready for maturation into operationally relevant, executable systems and are supportive of Long Range Kill Chains for active-duty units.
