## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** SCI Cloud services - Leveraging IC-governed commercial cloud enterprise capability, provides a portion of the common and robust foundation for agile ISR and C2 operations requiring SCI data, across the globe, in partnership with ABMS DI. Invests in engineering, security and architectural expertise to provide a fully managed, redundant and secure development, security and operations environment to rapidly develop and deploy mission applications. Expands infrastructure, platform, software, pipeline, and customer support services to fill gaps in cross domain, security, defense, and cloud provider offerings to meet requirements.   

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** The FY2026 President's Budget submittal did not reflect the FY2027 through FY2030 funding. Therefore, an explanation of the changes between the two budget positions for FY2027 cannot be made in a relevant manner.
