## What project 672002 buys

The Agile ISR BPAC matures, develops, and deploys projects in support of current and future platform agnostic, non-proprietary, autonomous, multi-INT cross cueing ISR solutions based on DAF mission requirements in highly contested environments. This includes, but is not limited to, High Altitude Long Endurance (HALE) capability development, Detection Removal and Characterization Operations (DRACO), support and development of AgilePod, and other projects. Portions of the developmental efforts under Agile ISR are classified.

**R-3 lines of work:** Product Development; Management Services.

## Named R-3 performers

| Performer | $M | Share of this project's FY2027 R-3 total |
|---|---|---|
| Lockheed Martin | 0.6 | 67% |
| Leidos | 0.2 | 16% |

> Budget-justification contract funding, not obligations. Shares need not reach 100% — unnamed and government work is in the denominator.

## Activities (R-2A) — 3

| Activity | FY2025 | FY2026 | FY2027 | Move | Page |

> Activities carry the prior, current and budget year only — no five-year plan. In the request year they partition this project exactly; in earlier years they can under-cover it.

### Agile ISR (DRACO)

**FY2027 planned work.** - Will continue executing the DRACO 8 contract. - Will continue to incorporate updates that address and mitigate emerging classified threats. - Will deploy DRACO 5.12 and 5.13 updates.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** Funding decreased due to a database error. $10.511M will be realigned from Sensor Development [674820] for a total of $11.132M. Once corrected, funding increased due to uncreased Air Force development in Counter-Long Range Kill Chain initiatives. Additional details available at a higher classification.

**FY2026 plans — current year.** - Continue to execute the DRACO 7 contract. - Continue to incorporate updates that address and mitigate emerging classified threats. - Deploy DRACO 5.10 and 5.11 updates. - Initiate DRACO 8 contract planning and accomplish necessary acquisition processes to award the effort such that there is no break in the maturation of the capability to ensure continuity in key manpower resource availability from the contractor.

### Agile ISR (AgilePod)

**FY2027 planned work.** - AgilePod 26 Production: Will complete Production Readiness Review (PRR) to achieve AFGSC required Initial Operational Capability by FY 2027. - Continued Support: Will maintain ongoing support for multi-service operational needs by actively participating in relevant demonstrations and exercises. - Customer Engagement: Will engage with customers across the Department of Defense and joint services to understand and meet their evolving needs for AgilePod systems.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** Funding decreased due to a database error. 5.159M will be realigned from Sensor Development [674820] for a total of 5.359M. Once corrected, funding increased due to increased Air Force development in Counter-Long Range Kill Chain initiatives. Additional details available at a higher classification

**FY2026 plans — current year.** - AgilePod26 Production: Complete Critical Design Review (CDR) and transition AgilePod26 towards Production Readiness Review (PRR) to achieve AFGSC required Initial Operational Capability (IOC) by FY 2027. - Continued Support: Maintain ongoing support for multi-service operational needs by actively participating in relevant demonstrations and exercises. - Customer Engagement: Engage with customers across the Department of Defense and joint services to understand and meet their evolving needs for AgilePod systems.

### Agile ISR (HALE)

**FY2027 planned work.** - Will support ongoing technology development and experimentation efforts.

**FY2026 plans — current year.** - Continue to conduct experimentation on High Altitude Balloon (HAB) systems and their application to Intelligence, Reconnaissance, and Surveillance.
