## Summary

This activity requests $17.2M in FY2027, 89% of project 675307, up 50% on FY2026. The R-2A exhibit describes it across FY2026–FY2027, including what the FY2027 money is planned to buy.

## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** Development of the ICAM solution with a focus on adding authorization drivers for denied, disrupted, intermittent, and limited impact environment and special access program networks, drivers for JADE (another authA capability), advancing the resolution service, performance tuning, outstanding feature requests taken from the product backlog, etc. Work to add observability to the distribution so organizations and the devsecops team can see what is happening and can perform forensic analysis. Also working to determine how to leverage authentication and authorization time series data to provide insight and support for behavioral authentication and authorization decisions. This will include the addition of a machine-learning framework to provide inference into authA and authZ decision effectiveness. Installation and configuration of the ICAM suite across DAF Cloudworks (Cw) NIPR, SIPR and JWICS environments plus operational enablement of the DAF Cw team. Building out the automated installation and configuration scripts (ansible, terraform, etc). Building out broader support for new version releases, patch development and application, etc. Building out enablement materials, working with development teams to show them how to integrate ICAM capability into their mission solutions.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** The increase reason is CUI.
