### Human Performance, Training and Education

**FY2027 planned work.** Continue: - Algorithm development research using advanced analytics techniques to generate predictions and recommend actions to improve physical readiness and performance that incorporate passive collection of wearables data at scale with Marine Corps forces. - Research and design of applications that provide information to the warfighter and commanders at the tactical edge to mitigate negative aspects of combat and reduce negative consequences of sleep stressors to improve lethality, readiness and resilience. - Research focused on expanding and extending small unit leader assessment training and education to increase learning outcomes for the warfighter and technologies to support organization understanding of small unit training readiness. - Development of realistic adversary and friendly agents to reduce the need for human control and setup in virtual and constructive simulation training while maximizing pre-deployment training objectives. - Research effort to develop extended reality, synthetic agent(s), and training feedback technologies that provide realistic training, and assessment support to ensure Marines are trained effectively and are learning the right skills to meet Marine Corps requirements related to Training and Education 2030.
