**FY2026 plans — current year.** - Continue to develop, assess, and mature radio frequency electromagnetic warfare technologies that provide capabilities against adversary emitters to promote increased airman survivability in a highly dense, highly adaptive complex electromagnetic operating environment. - Continue development and maturation of multi-spectrum capabilities (integrated radio frequency and electro-optical) to defeat threats utilizing a common open architecture to ensure rapid transition to multiple advanced technology development programs. - Continue to enhance and upgrade hardware in the loop assessment capabilities to provide relevant, complex electromagnetic spectrum background environments to ensure successful operation of advanced concepts. - Continue and advance modeling, simulation, and assessment capabilities to analyze, develop, and refine concepts to defeat threat kill webs. - Commence development of algorithms and techniques that degrade adversary common operating picture to defeat longer-range threats; synchronize effects across multiple platforms to ensure coordinated attacks; advance low cost, size, weight and power technologies to reduce cost and provide non-kinetic mass; investigate countering of adversary targeting and situational awareness capabilities.
