## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** Will begin demonstration and validation of next generation static line parachute, incorporating new material and design characteristics; Perform integration and demonstration of technologies in support of long range Joint Precision AirDrop System (JPADS) variants, at distances in excess of 10x of current capabilities; Validate mission planning software algorithms, to rapidly facilitate route planning of autonomous aerial delivery vehicles; Demonstrate and validate technologies to increase Dual Row Airdrop System (DRAS) capability by ~20%.
