1. Conduct six (6) one-week Interoperability Land-Based test events including the following: -Interoperability Characterization test for ACS 9.C3.x; ACS BL10.x; ACS 5.4.x; SSDS 12.17 -Certification Interoperability Risk Assessment Brief for ACS 9.C3.x; ACS BL10.x; ACS 5.4.x; SSDS 12.17 2. Complete Strike Group Interoperability C&Ls (SGI C&L) for: -Twenty-six (26) Deploying Strike Groups (from a database containing two-hundred forty-seven (247) U.S. Surface Ships) and the aircraft for nine (9) Naval fixed wing Air Squadrons (covering F/A-18s, F-35, EA-18Gs, E-2Cs, E-2Ds), twenty-nine (29) Rotary Aircraft Squadrons (covering MH-60Ss, MH-60Rs), and fifteen (15) Patrol Aircraft Squadrons (covering P-3Cs and P-8As). 3. Provide annual deliveries of TIC TECHAIDS for: -Five (5) Carrier Strike Groups (CSGs) -Four (4) Amphibious Ready Group's (ARGs) -Fifty (50) Independent Deploying Ships (CVN, CG, DDG, LCS IND) -Twenty-two (22) Forward Deployed Naval Force (FDNF)
Decrease due to reduction of support to Aegis Ashore and Fleet exercises with coalition partners in FY27.

Complete Strike Group Interoperability C&Ls (SGI C&L) for: -Twenty-six (24) Deploying Strike Groups (from a database containing two-hundred thirty-six (236) U.S. Surface Ships) and the aircraft for nine (9) Naval fixed wing Air Squadrons (covering F/A-18s, F-35, EA-18Gs, E-2Cs, E-2Ds), twenty-nine (29) Rotary Aircraft Squadrons (covering MH-60Ss, MH-60Rs), and fifteen (15) Patrol Aircraft Squadrons (covering P-3Cs and P-8As). -Produce Interoperability C&L platform files for around ninety (90) Coalition and twenty to thirty (20-30) Joint platforms to support major Fleet Exercises, when resourced. 3. Provide annual deliveries of TIC TECHAIDS for: -Six (6) Carrier Strike Groups (CSGs) -Five (5) Amphibious Ready Group's (ARGs) -Forty-Nine (49) Independent Deploying Ships (CVN, CG, DDG, LCS IND and LCC) -Twenty-four (24) Forward Deployed Naval Force (FDNF) -Two (2) Aegis Ashore Site (Romania and Poland), when resourced -Nine (9) Fleet Maritime Operations Centers (MOCs) sites, when resourced -Four (4) Fleet Area Control and Surveillance Facilities (FACSFACs), when resourced -Seven (7) U.S. Units for RIMPAC 2026 specific TIC TECHAIDS, when resourced
