**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** FY26 to FY27 increase of $15.587M will be used for modernizing shore power infrastructure and establishing shore energy technology office to coordinate congressionally appropriated pilot programs for small modular reactor demonstrations at key strategic naval installations.
