What project MT4 buys

The Mitigate Advanced Component Development and Prototypes (ACD&P) Project provides the Joint Force the ability to conduct decontamination and medical actions that enable the quick restoration of combat power; maintain/recover essential functions that are free from the effects of chemical and biological (CB) hazards; and facilitate the return to pre-incident operational capability as soon as possible. Efforts included in this Project are: (1) Autonomous Decontamination System (ADS) - Prototype Development (2) Agent-Directed Therapeutics (AD TX) - Clinical (3) Broadening Enabling Acquisition of Chemical Operational Needs (BEACON) (4) Host-Directed Therapeutics (HD TX) - Evaluation of Host Directed Candidates/Non Clinical Studies (5) Reactivating Nerve Agent Treatment System (RNATS) (6) Anti-Viral Oral Therapeutics (AVO TX) - Development Test and Evaluation (7) Botulinum Toxin Therapeutic (BOT TX) - Non-clinical Studies

7 accomplishments / planned programs

The R-2A exhibit — the only level of the budget that describes work that has not happened yet. Activities carry the prior, current and budget year only, no five-year plan. 1 of them describes FY2027 work in enough detail to have its own page; the rest are shown here in full. Coverage is partial across the corpus, so count activities, never total them.

Named performers on project MT4

Performers named in the R-3 exhibit under this project. Share is of the project's whole FY2027 R-3 total — the same denominator the program-element split uses, so the two read on one scale and will not sum to 100% when unnamed or government work is in the mix. Budget-justification contract funding, not obligations.
