## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** Complete phase 1 clinical studies follow-ups for prototype two, continue clinical studies for prototype three, complete manufacturing and preclinical studies for prototype four and submit Investigational New Drug package to Food and Drug Administration for approval to execute a phase 1 clinical study.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** Increase due to execution of two concurrent clinical studies and completion of manufacturing efforts for prototype four, which includes a current Good Manufacturing Practices lot of phase 2 compliant doses that could be used in an emergency situation.

**FY2026 plans — current year.** Complete Phase 1 clinical studies for monoclonal antibody prototypes two and three and continue manufacturing and testing of fourth prototype.

**FY2025 accomplishments.** Accelerated the development, and manufacture of multiple monoclonal antibody medical countermeasures. Initiated phase 1 clinical study on prototype two, initiated pre-clinical studies on prototype three. Initiated prototype four development activity.
