- Increase is due to transfers from Aegis BMD Test (0604878C), BMD Sensor Test (0604879C), and BMD Midcourse Defense Segment Test (0604887C) Program Elements (PEs) to the BMD Test PE (0603914C).
- Increase from FY 2026 to FY 2027 due to transfers from Aegis BMD Test (0604878C), BMD Sensor Test (0604879C), and BMD Midcourse Defense Segment Test (0604887C) Program Elements (PEs) to the BMD Test PE (0603914C). This strategy better positions the Agency to execute the President's Executive Orders 14186 to develop Missile Defense System-Next capabilities to defend the United States from the most catastrophic threat.
