Purchase hardware and validate the HACM design to continue ground and flight test activities. Continue to purchase long-lead flight test asset hardware and make investment in manufacturing readiness and operational suitability improvements.
The decrease of $46.879 million is due to the program closing critical design activities.

This effort continued model-based system engineering activities in the Digital Engineering (DE) ecosystem. Continued efforts included additional design verification testing, operational suitability improvements, prototype manufacturing, systems integration, subsystem qualification, manufacturing capacity investment, and integration on the F-15E and F/A-18F platforms. Continued work on product improvement for integration into design, development, and production.
