## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** Completion of DSSC-5.2 development test and correction of deficiencies. Continue development of ESTEL E-2D Block II capabilities to support HECTR and TCID system integration and future DT/OT. Continue to develop and improve LVC capabilities to replicate previous flight events in the lab environment with captured inflight data and to support large scale System of System (SoS) test efforts. Continue LVC development of the TCTS II Internal Mount to incorporate TCTS capability into the E-2D to include integration design work into the aircraft. Continue to incorporate E-2D Cyber warfare program protection needed to pace future threats for critical capabilities in support of DSSC builds. Continue to support Advance Development efforts to demonstrate and evaluate new hardware and software capabilities for future aircraft integration. Continue E-2D DSSC-6/Block II test aircraft development.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** Decrease from FY2026 to FY2027 of $26.164 million due to completion of DSSC-5.2 development test.

**FY2026 plans — current year.** Funds provided to continue DSSC-5.2 development test and correction of deficiencies. Continue development of ESTEL DSSC 6 capabilities to support HECTR and TCID system integration and future DT/OT. Continue to incorporate E-2D Cyber warfare program protection needed to pace future threats for critical capabilities in support of DSSC builds. Continue development of Fleet aircrew DSSC and system specific training procedures. Develop and improve LVC capabilities to replicate previous flight events in the lab environment with captured inflight data and to support large scale System of System (SoS) test efforts. Continue to support Advance Development efforts to demonstrate and evaluate new hardware and software capabilities for future aircraft integration. Begin DSSC-6 test aircraft development. Test aircraft will require a minimum of 12 months for installation.
