Continue Resilient Communications development and integration efforts in support of emergent operational gaps in collaboration with the joint Services and CCMDs.
The funding increase from FY 2026 to FY 2027 supports the planned transition from initial development to prototype field demonstrations, which will begin in Q2 FY27. This will enable operational assessment of hardened mission-capable communication systems in contested electromagnetic spectrum environments.
