## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** Commence the TI-28 capability development process which provides the necessary engineering, technical program, project and configuration management of the hardware and software baseline to incorporate additional sensitive software imaging algorithms, while concluding the development of TI-26.

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** The $0.259M increase is to transition to the next stage of TI-26 capability development.
