1) Continue Organizational Change Management and communications. 2) Continue Analysis-Level Business Process Reengineering across Strategic Sealift, Strategic Airlift, and OCONUS freight lines of business. 3) Consolidate JTMS Support Activities (Program Management, Engineering, Functional Support (finance and logistics), and Auditability). 4) Continue to procure software to configure material solution and procure software required to support material solution fielding. 5) Continue standup and securing of the JTMS materiel solution cloud hosting environment and components hosted within. 6) Continue Design-Level Business Process Reengineering and Materiel Solution Blueprinting across CONUS freight line of business. 7) Configuration of materiel solution to support lines of operation under CONUS freight. 8) Begin limited deployment of integrated transportation and financial management capabilities. 9) Developmental and Operational Testing activities. 10) Develop training approach, mechanisms, and environments.
Funding in FY2027 was reduced by $66.985 million for Advisory and Assistance Services to promote efficiencies and advance the policies of the Administration in alignment with Executive Order 14222.
