## Summary

This activity requests $162.9M in FY2027, 100% of project 087, up 29% on FY2026. The R-2A exhibit describes it across FY2025–FY2027, including what the FY2027 money is planned to buy.

## What the FY2027 request buys

**FY2027 planned work.** In FY 2027, JMETC Distributed Test will continue to support the Department’s enterprise-wide distributed test, big data analysis, and experimentation capabilities. Highlights include: - Continue to expand CHEETAS data suites to accelerate test report generation from taking months to days - Increase cloud storage and services to enable T&E data availability requirements across the acquisition lifecycle - Continue All Domain Test Range (ADTR) joint experimentation at Combatant Commands - Begin commercial and DoW customer support using the enterprise digital test and evaluation environment to support distributed testing and software DevSecOps assessment needs

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** The $36.933 million increase from FY 2026 to FY 2027 will support expanding CHEETAS data suites to accelerate test report generation.

## Before the request year

**FY2026 plans — current year.** In FY 2026, JMETC Distributed Test continues to support the Department’s enterprise-wide distributed test, big data analysis, and experimentation capabilities. Highlights include: - Build on the success of CHEETAS by delivering analytical capabilities within a next-generation virtual testbed composed of decision-quality data tools - Modernize network connectivity and collaboration by delivering next-generation services in support of expanding program and Combatant Command experimentation requirements - Expand federated hybrid cloud, creating a cost-effective solution that ensures cloud interoperability between services and provides the T&E community with wider access to enterprise capabilities - Continue All Domain Test Range (ADTR) capability development to support joint experimentation at Combatant Commands - Conduct limited user test of digital test and evaluation environment with goal of delivering a minimum viable product (MVP) for commercial and DoW customers to support distributed testing and software DevSecOps assessment needs

**FY2025 accomplishments.** In FY25, JMETC Distributed Test will continue expanding the Department’s enterprise-wide test capability to support system-to-system interoperability testing and mission-level environment testing. Highlights include: - Build on the success of CHEETAS by developing and implementing improved next-generation big data analysis solutions - Expand secure, distributed JMN connectivity to an additional 20-30 sites to include OCONUS and Partner facilities - Increase cloud expansion to enable T&E data availability requirements across the acquisition lifecycle - Expand JSN connectivity to CONUS and OCONUS sites to enable integration of T&E capabilities with INDOPACOM - As a recognized Enterprise Cross-Domain System (eCDS) provider, make eCDS improvements to support T&E community emerging requirements to support other than secret and partner releasability requirements - Increase expansion of Development, Security, Operations (DevSecOps) capabilities to enable rapid cyber evaluation, integration, and deployment of developed capabilities - Develop All Domain Test Range (ADTR) to support joint experimentation at Combatant Commands
