In FY 2027, the NCRC will continue to expand capability and capacity to address the growing demand for cybersecurity test, training, experimentation, and mission rehearsal. Highlights include: - Continue to conduct and support cyber test and training events at the cyber range located in Orlando, FL; Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic, SC (Joint Base Charleston); and Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD for the R&D, acquisition, and training communities to include major Combatant Commands - Achieve full operational capability at the cyber range co-located with Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), FL - Achieve FOC of JMN Unclassified (JMN-U) enabling distributed CUI collaboration and secure remote access - Continue to modernize NCRC range toolkit and perform technology refresh
The $8.077 million increase from FY 2026 to FY 2027 will support the development of NCRC sites to address growing demand for cybersecurity test, training, experimentation, and mission rehearsal as well as NCRC modernization efforts.
