**FY2027 planned work.** In FY 2027, the NCRC will continue to expand capability and capacity to address the growing demand for cybersecurity test, training, experimentation, and mission rehearsal. Highlights include: - Continue to conduct and support cyber test and training events at the cyber range located in Orlando, FL; Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic, SC (Joint Base Charleston); and Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD for the R&D, acquisition, and training communities to include major Combatant Commands - Achieve full operational capability at the cyber range co-located with Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), FL - Achieve FOC of JMN Unclassified (JMN-U) enabling distributed CUI collaboration and secure remote access - Continue to modernize NCRC range toolkit and perform technology refresh

**FY2026 to FY2027 change.** The $8.077 million increase from FY 2026 to FY 2027 will support the development of NCRC sites to address growing demand for cybersecurity test, training, experimentation, and mission rehearsal as well as NCRC modernization efforts.

Highlights include: - Continue to conduct and support cyber test and training events at the cyber range co-located with Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic, SC for the R&D, acquisition, and training communities to include major Combatant Commands - Continue to conduct and support Cyber Table Top (CTT) exercises to help acquisition programs identify and prioritize potential vulnerabilities in the development life cycle - Achieve full operational capability at the cyber range co-located with Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD - Achieve initial operational capability at the cyber range co-located with Eglin Air Force Base (AFB) - Achieve full operational capability of JMN Distributed NOSC in Orlando, FL serving as the continuity of operations plan (COOP) site to the NOSC at Redstone Arsenal, AL - Develop a Zero Trust Proving Ground pilot in collaboration with DoW CIO Zero Trust Program Portfolio Management Office

**FY2025 accomplishments.** In FY25, the NCRC will continue expanding capability and capacity with the addition of cyber ranges co-located with key Service organizations at Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic, SC; Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD; and 46th Test Wing Eglin Air Force Base, FL to address the growing demand for cybersecurity test, training, experimentation, and mission rehearsal.
