### Project 200 — General Support to OUSW(I&S)

Intelligence Activities require expert engineering and technical assessments on a wide range of classified operational capabilities that directly support the 2026 NDS and DPG priorities. This program: 1) Provides personnel to fully integrate data/AI capabilities throughout the DISE; 2) Improve oversight; 3) Deploy/Sustain capabilities that accelerate technology (ARLIS, CTPIC); 4) Transition an AI capability that monitors ISR activities throughout the military services and Department of War Agencies on a near-real-time basis, and promotes active oversight to improve their operational efficiency; 5) Conducts studies of strategic ISR capabilities to ascertain strategic sufficiency and alignment to the 2026 NDS and DPG priorities; and 5) Conducts Research and Development of high-impact, intelligence-focused technologies related to OUSW(R&E) Critical Technology Areas (CTA) (examples: AAI; Q-BID).

### Project 345 — Operations Security OPSEC

The Department recognizes that next-generation Operations Security (OPSEC) efforts could best be achieved through a combination of Mission Assurance programs from with the Defense Security Enterprise. Therefore, this funding is being included in the other projects within the "General Support to OUSW(Intelligence and Security) PE."

## Mission & acquisition strategy

This RDT&E program supports the 2025 National Security Strategy (NSS) and the 2026 National Defense Strategy (NDS). Funding will develop the capabilities to defend the homeland; deter China in the Indo-Pacific; increase burden-sharing with U.S. Allies and Partners; and supercharge the Defense Industrial Base. Funding advances global Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) and Defense Security Enterprise (DSE) initiatives that address emerging trends in data & AI architecture, technology oversight, and technology acceleration. Initiatives will establish an enterprise-wide, agentic data federation; architect solutions with industry and the interagency; and synchronize technical requirements.
