### Project DD8 — Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP)

The Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP) modernizes the Analysis and Exploitation capabilities of the Army Intelligence Enterprise. AIDP enables situational development, understanding, and intelligence support to targeting from strategic and operational echelons to the tactical edge. It sets the Army's intelligence data foundation and enables intelligence analysis at echelon, using data from all domains. All Theater Armies use AIDP as the common intelligence picture (CIP) to directly feed their Combatant Commands' common operating pictures (COP). Processed AIDP intelligence is made available to tactical commanders to make real-time battlefield decisions. AIDP utilizes agile software development processes to deliver user-prioritized incremental capability releases. The FY27 funds in the amount of $34.830 million will be used for the development, integration, and delivery of priority Army Intelligence capabilities in the Cloud and on edge devices. See Classified QUAD for more information. Details provided under separate cover.

### Project DD9 — Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)

The Army Integrated Geospatial Enterprise Capability (AIGEC) and One World Terrain Operational (OWT-O) are the modernized geospatial requirements for best-of-breed 2D and 3D capabilities that deliver timely, accurate, and actionable geospatial intelligence to support the Army's operational planning, execution, and decision-making. AIGEC enables full spectrum Geospatial Intelligence from Enterprise to Tactical to include the generation, management, and dissemination of the Army's Standard and Sharable Geospatial Foundation (SSGF). OWT-O will provide software capabilities that enable the generation of precise and authoritative 3D data for all Army Warfighting Functions to plan, prepare, train, and execute. The Army Geo Data Fabric (AGDF) and the NextGen GEOINT Workstation (GWS) modernize Army GEOINT hardware and software capabilities and will serve as the foundation for meeting requirements for the Army Integrated Geospatial Enterprise Capability (AIGEC) and One World Terrain Operational (OWT-O). FY 2026 $10.000 million Congressional Add for Program increase - frontline perception in project DD9. Details provided under separate cover. The FY27 funding supports the delivery of AGDF and NextGen GWS capabilities and integration. Details provided under separate cover.

### Project CK4 — Intelligence Apps and Integration (MIP)

The Intelligence Applications and Integration (Intel Apps) Program is a software-centric, platform agnostic ACAT III Program that will provide the Next Generation intelligence capabilities aligned to the National Defense Strategy and Multi-Domain Operations by enabling intelligence professionals to work through the intelligence cycle with increased speed, precision, and accuracy. The Intel Apps Program will synchronize applications (including All Source, Intelligence Support to Targeting, Weather Operational Effects, Information Collection Management, and Single Intelligence capabilities (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT) to be integrated into the Mission Command Platform architecture, including Next Generation Command and Control, onto dedicated Intelligence Edge Nodes where applicable, extending Army enterprise intelligence from the Army Intelligence Data Platform to the Tactical Edge. PE CK4 will have $0 in FY27. Details provided under separate cover.

## Mission & acquisition strategy

Multi-Domain Intelligence (MDI) is the Army Intelligence Enterprise's overarching modernization framework that drives modernization priorities to field a ready Army Intelligence team supporting Mission Command against all threats in Multi-Domain Operations (MDO). The MDI framework will allow intelligence professionals to execute the intelligence cycle and associated doctrinal functions with increased speed, precision, and accuracy in both competition and conflict.
